4. Avoid sexual intercourse within 24 hours after the hijama.

5. Drink plenty of water to help detoxify your body and remove any unwanted toxins (6-8 cups a day afterward).

6. Avoid eating meat and milk for 24 hours, this will help with healing procedures. And it’s best to avoid mixed and processed foods in accordance with the Hijama as they place a heavy burden on our body’s immune system.

7. The oil around the areas where you have been anointed with olive or black oil as often as possible, will also help with the healing process and soothe any itching or irritation you may have.

8. Take a warm shower but avoid using any soap and shower gel in the area that has been soaked for 24 hours to avoid irritation. if your skin is sensitive then avoiding it for 48 hours.
